Telephony down - MT501
An issue has been identified with the MT501 server that temporarily affected registrations and calls.
The issue was resolved swiftly and the outage was under ten minutes. If you have handsets on MT501 that have not recovered please reboot them to force registration.
Engineers continue to monitor the server and are investigating the cause of the issue which appears to have been with the underlying Asterisk process and a postmortem will be issued in due course.
